Following contract commencement and the required deposit, the project moves into design and documentation. Depending on the project, this can include material and fixture selections, photorealistic 3D concepts, 2D elevations and CAD drawings where required. For custom-made elements such as cabinetry, joinery, stone benchtops and shower screens, relevant site measurements and checks are completed before production. Applicable drawings are reviewed and approved before manufacturing proceeds.

Every apartment renovation follows a clear, structured process. From the initial consultation and site assessment through to planning, construction and handover, we coordinate each stage while keeping you informed and involved in the decisions that matter.
Quote Confirmation
If you are happy to proceed, we will provide a contract, schedule of payments and an outline of everything you need to know to prepare for your renovation.
Fixtures & Fittings Selection
You can visit your own suppliers or our local suppliers to start choosing your fixtures & fittings for your space, such as tiles, vanity, mirror, shower & sink tapware, bath, toilet, towel rail, toilet roll holder and more.
3D Concept Planning
Once your fixtures & fittings selections are made, we will create a detailed 3D concept of your space to bring your vision to life and finalize the design.
Item Review
We will work with you to review the items you have chosen to make sure they suit your space & provide you with tile quantities.
On Site Measurements
We will conduct a thorough check and measurement of your space to ensure everything aligns perfectly. This is also the stage where you’ll sign off on your plan, confirming that we’re ready to move forward.
Commencement of On-Site Work
Now that the planning stages are complete, this is the exciting stage! We’ll provide an indicative start date along with schedules, scopes of work, and any final plans. The work typically will take between 2 – 8 weeks depending on the type of project, and your project manager will be in touch with you, keeping you updated every step of the way.
